First, preparation stage:

Second, installation and commissioning:

Select a suitable peeling wheel, such as the "cone type" peeling fiber wheel, installed on the two axes of the paint grinder, the cone part of the peeling wheel should be upward.

Adjust the gap slightly, start the power supply, and make the machine run normally for a while to check whether the equipment is normal.

Place the grid sand between the two cones and adjust the distance between the two peeling wheels to be slightly loose.

Restart the equipment, hold the professional mesh sand by hand to trim the contact surface of the two wheels, so that the contact surface between the two wheels is more appropriate.

Three, use steps:

Put the processing end of the enameled wire into the cone of the stripping wheel and pull it out. The stripping work is completed. The surface of the enamelled wire should be bright and clean.

The pressure of the contact surface of the two peeling wheels is completed by adjusting the device, and the ideal peeling effect is finally achieved.

Four, maintenance and maintenance:

When the surface of the stripper wheel is uneven or convex in the work, it should be trimmed in time, and the cone part of the stripper wheel can be trimmed and polished with emery cloth.

The tapered design of the stripper wheel can use the shaft ring on the shaft to move the wheel upward, and make reasonable adjustments until the loss reaches the bottom of the entire wheel.

In order to facilitate operation, the wheel and shaft are directly inserted on the shaft through the principle of static coordination. When replacing the new wheel, you only need to pull out the old wheel directly and insert the new wheel.
