The use of enameled wire scraper head can be summarized into the following steps:
Preparation stage:
Ensure that the head of the enameled wire scraper is in good condition, check whether the blade is sharp, and whether the machine is well-powered.
Based on the specifications of the enameled cables to be processed, you may need to adjust the speed regulation on the rear end of the potentiometer. Generally speaking, the smaller line diameter is adjusted in the "slow" direction, and the larger line diameter is adjusted in the "fast" direction.
Operation stage:
Extend the enamelled wire tip to be scraped into the center of the tool holder, ensuring that the wire tip is aligned with the center of the knife edge.
Press the power start switch (handheld) or operate the corresponding control device (e.g. pedal governor, if fixed machine) to turn the motor.
Move along the axis of the enamelled wire in the opposite direction until the end of the enamelled wire, thereby scraping the film off. During this process, a stable moving speed should be maintained to ensure the scraping effect.
When scraping the end of the enameled wire, do not immediately remove the end from the blade, wait for the tool to stop rotating before carefully pulling the wire out of the edge to prevent damage to the blade.
End stage:
After scraping the paint, release the power button switch or the corresponding control device to stop the machine.
If you need to replace the work or dispose of the next enamelled cable, repeat the preceding steps.
Maintenance and maintenance:
After a long time of use, the scraped paint film powder should be cleaned regularly, and the safety cover can be removed for cleaning in the case of no power supply.
Regularly check whether the blade is sharp, and should be replaced or sharpened in time if it is not sharp.
For fixed machines, the working condition of the transmission part and the governor should also be checked regularly.
When operating enameled wire scraper, safety operation procedures should be strictly observed to avoid accidents. At the same time, according to different models and brands of enamels, the specific operation method may be slightly different, it is recommended to refer to the machine manual or consult the manufacturer for detailed operation guide.
